Snip snip

Hi,

Went for my hair appt today and the guy kinda knew what I was after I introduced myself as his 1pm appt but I still had to tell him stuff which was ok.  Everyone in the place was really cool actually as I settled down.  A woman further along wanted my hair heh for her extensions but I wasn’t gonna lose that much heh.  I managed to ask for a feminine style and he located some mags with piccies in and we agreed one he thought of as being a bit ambitious for now altho its summin to work towards.  My hair feels loads better at the mo and I told him about the hair tranplant as he seemed interested, I don’t think he liked the idea of parting with 3k tho heh.

As he was cutting my hair he asked if I had been out socialising yet and I said "...no, well, a bit but I am pretty much in the shadows cause of the obvious."  He had also asked who my friend was and at first I said she was my partner then recovered myself and said friend.  I think I defaulted to calling no2 a partner outta habit and I wasn’t expcting that kinda question.  The work seemed to alternate between him and a lady who was very chatty and when I left I felt comfortable enough to go back there again, would save me having to 'come out' to another hair person for a while.  Only bad thing about the afternoon now is tho that I didn’t leave a tip and apparently that is what ya do in those kinds of places so I feel as if I will have disrespected em now, keep thinking I oughta pop a note and tip through the door as its plaguing me now.

Ooooo I really need to study now too as I have an essay to give in on Friday, everytime….still, this is number 5 of 7 in all then its an exam in june and then year 2 in the bag, wha-hey, small things.
